This week's Customer Success Story comes from Santee, California. Joes' Old Fashioned BBQ, which features authentic Mississippi-style cuisine, had been in business a little over 2 years, and was ready to take customer visibility to the next level. We spoke with Joe himself, who wanted to invest in advertising and the company's website, but didn't have the budget for it. After several stalled conversation with banks ("They're not crazy about restaurants," he noted), he turned to On Deck. "The process was simple and easy," he said of working with us. And, he's already seeing results. Joe had 6 new customers in his the door less than 24 hours after running a new seasonal promotion with his On Deck loan. We wish Joe and the team the best of luck!
